Talk In Power 10/28/2011

Daily Grind 10/28/2011-Talk in Power
Someone lied to us when they taught us that “sticks and stones may break my bones but WORDS will never hurt me.” Words have power and yes words hurt. I challenge you to be mindful of what you let come out of your mouth. The tongue is one of the smallest organs in the body, yet we have the hardest time controlling it. Instead of using your tongue as a sword, dec...ide that you will edify the next man, by producing a kind word and a positive outlook. I have never met a person that does not smile when complimented. Be Great!

If there is goodness in your heart, it will come to your tongue-Unknown

Faith Not to Fail 10/27/2011

Daily Grind- Faith Not to Fail 10/27/2011
What would you do if you knew that you absolutely could not fail? Where would you be? Think of all the magnificent ideas that you come up with on a daily basis. How many of those thoughts do you act on? The only way for us to enhance our faith is to test it. Leap and the net will appear. The only way to hit a homerun, you must swing the bat. I double dare you today, to step out on true faith and observe your plan fall into place. Be magnified and a witness to the good news, not by hearing but doing, doing it through FAITH. Be Great!

When you have reached the end of all the light you know, and you must step into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things will happen: either you will have something solid to stand on or you will be taught how to fly. - Unknown

Make An Impression 10/26/2011

Daily Grind 10/26/2011

Make an Impression

While running at the Marietta Square, there was a man with a mental disability that sat on the corner of Kennesaw and Church St. Every time we passed this man, he only said three words “Never give up!” I began to notice that regardless of how I felt going out to run, or coming back from a run, that I received an injection of determination not to quit. I challenge you today to be like the man on the path; make an impression on someone! Never Give Up! Be Great!

Love Is Giving 10/25/2011

Daily Grind-Love Is Giving 10/25/2011

At the center of the word SIN, is the letter I. Every time I become selfish, I am reminded of it with the consequences of my actions. By nature we are selfish individuals and we will always invest in something as long as the return is in our favor. Rarely do we give without wanting or expecting something in return. The paradox in life always works in opposites. I challenge you today to realize the blessed reward in giving. For God so loved the World that he gave!!! Be Great!!!

Zig Ziglar states that “You’ll always have everything you want in life if you’ll help enough other people get what they want.

Move Forward With Goals 10/24/2011

Daily Grind-Move Forward With Goals 10/24/2011
One fact about this life is that nothing is constant but change. We must decide in which direction we are going. You’re getting better or you’re getting worse, but you are not remaining the same. I challenge you to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals in your life. S-Specific M-Measurable A-Attainable R-Reachable T-Trackable. One way that we can measure progress is to record. Pick one thing out of your life that needs improvement, work on that today until the end of the year and track your progress. Let’s get better together. Be Great!

Be Solution Based 10/21/2011

Daily Grind-Be Solution Based 10/21/2011
In this life, we will be involved in conflict; it’s after the conflict, in which we should be measured. Of course, it is second nature to play the victim’s role, and shut down. However, true maturity forces us to seek a solution. We must look outside ourselves to find common ground with one another to find a solution to the conflict. If we can break through this difficult process, we win-together. Be Great.

Find Your Purpose-10/20/2011

Daily Grind-Find Your Purpose 10/20/2011
Who are you and where are you going? Find your purpose. If you know who you serve, you will know what you deserve. The creator has already paid the price for you to be the head and not the tail. Our MINDSET is the difference. Small minds, small thoughts, big minds big thoughts. If not now then when; If not you, then who? Go find your purpose and be GREAT!!!
