Daily Grind- How You Going to Win if You Ain’t Right Within! 12/21/2011
From time to time, it is critical that we take inventory of what emotions we allow in our hearts and minds as it is a direct reflection of how we communicate. It’s really simple: if we harbor hate and ill-will in our hearts, we allow our minds to be poisoned and our speech will be as bitter as the salt water in the sea. On the other hand, if we decide to soak up love and understanding in spite of the challenges we face, we will speak with a spirit that is sweet like honey. I challenge you today to guard your hearts and minds by being conscious of what is placed in it. Think before you speak and be mindful of what you say. Make a decision right now to focus and meditate on positive thoughts so that your words will be a light that shines in darkness. Be Great!
