Daily Grind- Your Body Is a Temple! 1/18/2012

With all of the diseases and illnesses that come from what we consume, it is time that we take control of our bodies by becoming as healthy as possible. I challenge you to be accountable of what you eat and to begin an exercise regimen. Start today by making healthier choices with foods and add some type of physical activity that will get our heart rate moving. It doesn’t take an hour at the gym to make a difference; start with just a few minutes a day or a nice walk.  GOD created us in his image and we owe it to him to make the best of the bodies we have!  Protect your temple and BE GREAT!
