Grind – Change Begins With You! 2/28/2012
We can all find something to criticize
and complain about. It is easy to evaluate others or dissect the choices they
have made. Be reminded that before we
offer our opinions on how they should get better, we need to look internally
and take ownership for personal improvements. I challenge you today to begin
the change with you. Stop looking around and look in the mirror. Ask yourself “What
can I do better?” or “How can I make a difference?” Now is the time for us to focus
on our individual selves. We must be transparent and know that once we make a
decision to change, the power of that change enhances everyone around us to
change. We hold the key to unlock the change we want to see. Change you, Change
the world! Be Great!
James A.
Bush, Jr. (The Bushinator)
Change has a considerable
psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening
because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging
because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the
challenge exists to make things better.
