Daily Grind – Prepare To Lead! 5/25/2012
Throughout
our lives we are faced with situations that show us the value of being a follower
in order to gain the experience to lead. However, many times we allow our egos to
overshadow our thinking and prematurely jump out into situations before we are ready,
resulting in failure. I challenge you today to remain in training until you are
prepared to lead. When we are equipped with the tools to lead, we’re able to bring
a multiplicity of people together to accomplish common goals. Each day provides us with unique opportunities
to exhibit leadership with our words and actions. So let’s evolve into leaders
by being Great!
