Daily Grind – Set Your Own Pace! 7/9/12

In this life we have a tendency of trying to keep up with the Jones’ because it appears they possess all of the material things we desire. We allow their lives to dictate and define our success rather than outlining our own path. I challenge you today to set your own pace in life. We must not be intimidated or discouraged by our rate of movement, remembering that the race is not given to the swift, but to those that endure until the end. So as long as we are moving toward our goal, we are progressing. This day allows us to determine our own pace and to be confident in ourselves. No longer should we look to the Jones’ for guidance; we should look to the LORD who delivers us and makes us Great!
