On this new day, we are obligated to inspire the people we come in contact with. It is our job to make an impact on others and influence change in them. I challenge you today to positively pressure your peers. If we want to see transformation in others, we must provide an example for them to follow. Today we must start a new trend by holding our friends accountable for their actions. Once we set a high standard for our character, those around us will shift their behavior and rise to the occasion or remove themselves from our circle. At the top of this fantastic day, let’s take this opportunity to show our love ones just how much they mean to us. We tend to take for granted the time we have on this earth to display our feelings and we think to ourselves “I’ll tell them later.” Life is too short and we are not the author of time. I challenge you today to express your love while you can. We must take advantage of every chance we have to let go of past grudges and show our loved ones that we cherish them. Often times we become selfish and lose sight of our purpose by complaining about how things are going in our lives. In these moments, we must remain humbled and remove the sense of entitlement. We must start this day by forging ahead with our dreams. There have been too many times when we allowed our fear or doubt to control our actions, leaving us stagnate and playing it safe. I challenge you today to stop thinking “what if it doesn’t work” and start thinking “what if it does work”. We must keep in mind that no matter what we attempt to accomplish in life, we have to first believe that it is possible. What if things work in my favor? They will if you release your fear and do it. What if I try something new? Give it a shot. You can’t get to the next level until you extend yourself outside of your comfort zone. What if..? If you TRY, you WILL be GREAT!
