Daily Grind – Slow To Anger! 5/28/2013
Allow today to be a day of peace. We have the authority to
determine our attitude and set the tone for the day. We can’t continue to fall
for the same old tricks of the enemy by allowing ourselves to react negatively
to difficult situations. Today, I challenge you to be slow to anger by controlling
your emotions and overlooking transgressions. We must keep in mind that no one
is perfect and we all make mistakes. Give someone a chance to make things right
before cutting them off. Let’s be proactive and change the quality of our relationships
by overcoming anger and having the faith to forgive. So, think it through,
remain calm and anticipate peace because we are Great!
James A.
Bush, Jr. (The Bushinator)
PROVERBS 22:24-25
Keep away from angry, short tempered men, lest you learn
to be like them and endanger your soul.
PROVERBS 29:11
A rebel shouts in anger; a wise man holds his temper in
and cools it.
