DAILY
GRIND – Lessons Learned! 8/14/13
As we start another day, let’s glance
back at the essential experiences that life has taught us. For us to advance to
the next phase of our lives, we cannot execute the same plan that failed us
before. We must use the knowledge gained from our stumbling blocks to get back
up and try again. I challenge you today to recognize the lessons learned from
your past and implement them as stepping stones to your bright future. We can’t
focus on the fear of having the same outcome; instead we must be confident,
knowing that the things that have not killed us only made us stronger. We are
obligated to ourselves and our families to formulate the right plan of success. However, if we fall short, we must exhibit
the courage to pick up the pieces and be bold enough to try again. For it is in
those moments of despair that we can distinguish that we are GREAT!
James A. Bush, Jr. (The Bushinator)
“Make a pact with yourself
today to not be defined by your past. Sometimes the greatest thing to come out
of all your hard work isn't what you get for it, but what you become for it.
Shake things up today! Be You...Be Free...Share.” ~Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free
