DGC - Small Victories Matter! 4/17/2014
Let’s take inventory of the progress we have made over our lifetime. Often times, when we fall short or backslide into our old habits, there is always someone there ready to judge. However, we must be encouraged that our development is a PROCESS and as long as we get back on track, we can ignore the attacks of naysayers. I challenge you today to be confident that some change is better than no change. Changes in our lives may not be happening as quickly as we’d like but we shouldn’t get dismayed and disappointed. Instead, we should celebrate our small accomplishments because some progress beats no progress at all. If we focus on being consistent, we will begin to limit our mistakes and soon everyone will be able to see our change. Move forward at your pace toward your progress, celebrate the small victories and BE GREAT!
James A. Bush, Jr. (The Bushinator)
It's not about the big wins. It never has been and never will be. It's about the small victories in life that make the next day, moment, meeting, gathering etc. doable. Everyone needs the small victories to keep them going - to give them hope. ~Unknown
