DAILY GRIND Classic – Can You Hear Me Now? 4/15/2014
When we are in the midst of verbal confrontations, it is important
to allow our actions to become our voice. During these times of
misunderstanding, it is imperative that we rise above the situation by
controlling what we say and our response to what has been said to us. I
challenge you today to be heard - loud and clear - not by what you say but what
you do. Once we decide to manage our reactions, we immediately receive a shield
of protection over the harsh words and actions that have been directed to us.
When the dust clears, we will exhibit a true measure of maturity and self-control
which can be heard on our journey to be Great!
James A. Bush, Jr. (The Bushinator)
“Remember not only to say the right thing in the right place, but
far more difficult still, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting
moment.” ~Benjamin Franklin quotes
