For us to achieve our destiny, it’s important to access each individual in our circle and what they bring to our lives. If we are success driven, we should confirm that our associates are like-minded. I challenge you today to connect yourself with people who are in the winner’s circle. We must keep in mind that we assimilate the behavior of those we hang around with. If your best buddy has a negative outlook, that energy will transfer to you. That’s why we must decide to align ourselves with winners. Winners continue to find ways to overcome obstacles that stand in their way. To ascend to the next level we may have to leave some behind. This doesn’t mean that we are better; it only means that we have a will to win and Be Great!

On this Terrific Thursday, we must remind ourselves of who we truly are. It is time to stop playing roles by portraying or mimicking others just to fit their way of thinking. Today we are obligated to let our individual light shine by being transparent and comfortable with ourselves. I challenge you today to never compromise who you are for the sake of someone else. If there are people in our inner circle that don’t accept our morals and convictions, we must politely, and swiftly, remove them out of our lives. At the start of this marvelous day, let’s glance back at our past and reflect on all of plots from the enemy that failed. At first they appeared to be for our detriment. All around us was doom and gloom. But our Father stepped in and kept us safe. I challenge you today to move in great confidence knowing that any trick or trap of the enemy won’t work in your life. Get up and do what you have dreamed of. Set your mind on higher aspirations. This is your season to blossom. We can’t allow ourselves to be stifled by the weapons that the enemy has formed against us, for, we already have the victory. So, don’t be afraid or cautious. Daily Grind - We All Make Mistakes!  5/6/2014

While we maneuver through this life, it is important that we realize there are going to be some times when we make mistakes.  There is no way we can make every shot, catch every pass or get a hit every time we are up to pat.  Simply put to “err is human”.  This is not to say that we should settle for less.  However, when mistakes are made, our efforts should not be questioned.  Perfection only comes when we reach heaven.  I challenge you today to practice for perfection with the complete understanding that mistakes will happen.  Many of us remain stagnant for fear of committing errors.  Often times when mistakes occur, we are conditioned to find fault or place blame.  Let’s encourage each other to rise above and move forward.  Remember, error is not always intentional.  While other cry over spilled milk, we should be grabbing the towels to clean it up.  So understand that mistakes, search for solutions and Be Great!
